All user information collected through every Product developed by MINAS Technologies™ is strictly confidential and is being shared, with prior permission received from the users, only with trusted and disclosed real estate agents assigned to each specific Product.

An explicit warning message "By submitting your info you consent to receive communication" is displayed or a checkbox is available with "I consent to receive communication" on any form where users input contact information at their discretion.

The information about the company/brokerage and the agents attached to each tool is available for users to check anytime needed.

Communication Consent

By completing the registration forms and phone verifications with all Products by MINAS Technologies™, all users provide explicit consent to receive communication via email and telephone as essential channels for delivering the requested information.

Unsubscribe

All Products powered by MINAS Technologies™ have a robust unsubscribe feature, with an unsubscribe link included in all communication emails.

After clicking the link, user information is unsubscribed from all systems, and a notification is sent to the associated real estate agent, who is responsible for removing the user’s data from their systems immediately.

User Accounts

When you create an account within any of our Products, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including any passwords or sensitive information attached to it.
• All personal information you provide is up to date, accurate, and truthful, and you will update it if anything changes.

Removing User Accounts

All mobile apps powered by MINAS Technologies™ include a "Deactivate Account" option under Menu/Profile. Users can remove their account at any time and sign up again as needed.

Cookies and Meta Data

Our Products may collect cookies and other digital metadata associated with your online activities while using our Products.

We do not carry any liability for retaining such information, as it is a part of the functionality that makes the use of our Products possible.
