MINAS Technologies™ operates the Track Your Home Value™ mobile applications (Android | iOS) (the "Mobile Applications").

These Terms of Use and Conditions govern the use of the Mobile Applications operated by MINAS Technologies™.

By using our Mobile Applications, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times while using our Mobile Applications.

Mobile Applications and Services

Our Mobile Applications are intended to provide only electronic home evaluation estimates, and they come with no guarantee of a sale or instant exact price matching.

The final home evaluation can be delivered only by a licensed real estate agent, in person or remotely.

Our Mobile Applications provide information to users that is collected through a variety of data feeds and APIs connected to open-source real estate databases throughout Canada and the United States of America.

MINAS Technologies™ is not liable for the accuracy of any estimates produced by any of the sources deployed in or attached to our Mobile Applications and delivered to end users.

Communication Consent

By completing the registration forms and phone verifications within any Mobile Application by MINAS Technologies™, all users provide explicit consent to receive communication via email and telephone, as these are essential channels for delivering the requested information.

Subscriptions

Any subscription offered within our Mobile Applications is voluntary, with an explicit feature to cancel at any time. All funds collected through subscriptions are recorded as corporate income with all applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Mobile Applications is the property of MINAS Technologies™. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Mobile Applications.

Age Restrictions

We do not have any age limitations for using our Mobile Applications, as they do not contain any harmful or disturbing content for minors. However, our Mobile Applications will never be used or promoted as being made for kids.

Except where prohibited by law, by using our Mobile Applications you indemnify and hold harmless MINAS Technologies™ and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Mobile Applications or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Severability

If any provision set forth in these Terms and Conditions is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, that provision will be deemed void and removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will remain unaffected by the removal, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
